Your ChinaShoppingWorld.com.com account provides an easy way to manage all your orders and take advantage of ChinaShoppingWorld.com.com’s special features like eGifts. We've made account setup simple and intuitive with two main starting points for setting up an account.
Creating An Account During Checkout
1. First select the items you'd like to purchase. We'll save them in your shopping cart for checkout provided you stay on the same computer. If you need to switch machines and then checkout (perhaps moving from your work computer to home), you will have to create an account before checking out.
2. When you are done shopping, click the "Proceed to checkout" button.
3. Enter your email address in the top box and then make sure the first option, "I'm a new customer, and would like to register at ChinaShoppingWorld.com.com" is selected. Then just click "Sign in.
4. You are now on the Account Information page. Fill in all the information carefully. Also note your choice of opt-in/opt-out settings at the bottom of the page. This will control who can contact you with offers in the future. When done, click "Continue.
5. Your registration is done and you will receive a welcome email at your address. We recommend you save the email for future reference. From here, you may continue through checkout with no interruption.

1 It is important your account information is kept up to date if you move or change your email address. That way you'll maintain your order history and eGift history and be ready with the correct address for that last minute item you want shipped right away. Also, we'll be able to send you updates regarding recent orders. Editing your account is a simple process.
2 All changes to your account can be made once you are signed-in. Just click the My Account button in the upper right of any page to make the changes you need to make. 3 Your Shipping and Billing Addresses
ChinaShoppingWorld.com.com uses your billing address as your primary address for all of our features: eGifts, gift registry, date reminders, etc. Changing your bill-to address will modify it site-wide. We also allow you to keep an unlimited number of ship-to addresses. One ship-to address can be set as the default for quick checkout.
To edit your addresses: just go to My Account from any page, make sure you are logged in, and then click Edit your SHOP.COM address book in the "Account Setup" section.
There is a link at the bottom of the address section to add a new address.
The buttons on the left allow you to select your default ship-to address.
The links on the right will allow you to edit or remove existing addresses.
Your Preferred Mode of Payment
A ChinaShoppingWorld.com.COM account allows you to save multiple payment methods for future use. We keep your information secure and easily accessible. Keeping this information is, of course, optional. If you'd rather we didn't save any payment information for future orders, just make sure the "Save this credit card on file" checkbox is left empty during checkout.
To edit your payment methods: just go to My Account from any page, make sure you are logged in, and then click Edit your saved payment methods from the "Account Setup" section.
There is a link at the bottom of the section to add a new payment method.

Viewing Your Order History
Having a ChinaShoppingWorld.com.COM account also allows for easy access to all of your previous and current orders. This makes it easy not only for you to see when an item shipped, but also exactly what it was that you ordered for Aunt Thelma last Christmas.
To see your order history: just go to My Account from any page, make sure you are logged in, and then click View the orders I've placed from the "Account History" section.
The Order Page displays a list of order numbers along the left side, followed by order dates and the name of the store the purchase was made from, along with contact information for the store.
Click the order number to see more details regarding the order including product names, prices and other details regarding the specific order.

When you find a particular store or category of items that are of particular interest to you, save it in your favorites section by clicking the Add to My list. To see all of the favorites you have saved, go to My Account from any page, make sure you are logged in, and then click Edit/View my favorites from the "Friends & Favorites" section
Catalogs I've Requested
ChinaShoppingWorld.com.COM tracks all the catalogs you request from our stores. To see a complete history of the catalogs you have requested, go to My Account from any page, make sure you are logged in, and then click View the catalogs I've requested from the "Account History" section.
Viewing Your Credit Balance
To see the coupons or credits that are currently active in your account, go to My Account from any page, make sure you are logged in, and then click View my credit account balance from the "Account History" section.

1) Why PayPal?
PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account.
Advantages:
a) Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
b) Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). we don't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.
2) How to make payment by PayPal?
Buyers go the order process on us and if you prefer to use PayPal, you will be led to PayPal’s page. You are free to pay with your credit card, balance, or E-Cheque.
3) If the buyer has no PayPal account, how to pay for the order?
Apart from PayPal, Western Union and Bank Transfer are also accepted payment terms by us

Note: Please do remember to provide the sender's full information plus the MTCN (money transfer control number) to us after you wire money, as these are the important information which we need to fill when we claim money from Western Union office. The commission fee charged by bank will be taken by buyer. If your bank does not have not established business relationship with HSBC HK, the money will be transferred by an intermediary bank before it is received by HSBC HK and the intermediary bank will charge as well. Payment is confirmed upon bank’s notice which takes 3-12 days.
4 Payment Confirmation
1) How long does it take to confirm an order?
All payment will go through instantly on PayPal unless you use E-check which takes 5-10 days to be cleared. Western Union senders wait until the money is collected by us. As for payment made by bank transfer, we confirm the order on receiving bank’s notice. Buyers have to wait about 3 to 12 days for confirmation.
2) What are the currency and the corresponding exchange rate?
The currency on us is US Dollar. The exchange rate varies with the payment terms you use. PayPal has its own exchange of rate. Money sent by Western Union will be exchanged according to the exchange rate of the day when it is collected. Bank transferred payment will be exchanged by the HSBC Hong Kong and the rate is subject to standards.
3) If the payment has not been confirmed, what should buyer do?
It depends on how a buyer pays. Payment made by Paypal except for E-check takes 24 hours to be confirmed, E-check 5-10 days, Western Union 4 days and Bank Transfer takes 3-12 days.
For PayPal users, they can send us the transaction ID to help confirmation. For other payment terms, we send buyers emails if errors occur. Buyers can also contact us for details.
4) Why we send you emails about unpaid orders after I have paid, or other emails of same problem?
Order status in email might go against with the correct status due to the delay of email delivery. You make an order and pay at once, but you receive the mail about making order successfully 15 minutes later.
5) What should buyers do if they did not give full payment or paid more?
If you pay extra, we will contact you and you decide whether to have the extra refunded or kept for your next order.
Shipping Methods
1) What does handling time mean and what is the difference between handling time and delivery time?
Handling time indicates how long seller needs to prepare shipment (from accepting order to posting) while delivery time is that needed for postal service to delivery the package (from posting to delivery).
2) Do we accept drop shipping?

a) Customs clearance can increase the delivery time if your package is held up by customs officials.

d) Hong Kong Air Post is a newly-added shipping service supports. Unlike other shipping terms, it does not charge according to a fixed weight or volume range. It favors light packages less that about 2kg. The lighter the item is, the less user pays. Users track their packages on Hong Kong Post website and wait 5 to 14 days for delivery.
4) What is EMS?
EMS (Express Mail Service) is a traceable service of China Post. It has been cooperating with postal service of other countries such as USPS and Parcel Force. As a result, you can track the package on its partner website for more details.
5) How is shipping cost calculated and can you offers a discount?
On every item page, you will be able to calculate shipping cost by selecting destination and shipping methods.
International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
a) Weight and dimensions of package
b) The destination country or region
c) Shipping methods
Therefore, costs may vary greatly depending on what, where and how the seller is shipping.
Combined shipping discount is available when items are from the same seller, in the same order and with the same shipping methods. Shipping fee set by sellers can not be combined. Generally speaking, you do not pay extra on your door. However, if what you are importing is on your country’s tax or duty list, you may be charged by the Customs. Also your postal service might charge you if you are out of its door to door delivery zone. Therefore we suggest you learn more Customs policies and postal service details before buying
Returning Policy
If items you received are defect, you may return the items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. In order to process a return, a phone call has to be made to our office or send us an email to ChinaShoppingWorld@163.com the email must contain the following:

Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.

Size problem and little defect due to bulk production can't be returnable!
